My daughter has NAFLD she is 15yrs old and the doctors are telling me this could be life threatening for her and that they want her to lose at least 50 lbs fast. We have started a new life style here with are eating habits and exercising now daily . Im looking for ideas on foods to keep her from getting so bored with the same ole thing.
