Thank you very much. What is the dangerous level for ALT? I am getting that impression that my ALT level is very close to that dangerous lever.

You ALT level is high, but not dangerous if treated.

Exercising is very important to treat fatty liver, but please don't forget you also need to eat right. I recommend reading this article, to ensure you know what's the correct food for fatty liver.

Thank you for your great informative site about fatty liver. Would you also tell us what is considered elevated ALT level? I know that any value over 45 is elevated level but how much elevation makes it dangerous? Mine was 82 at first and decreased to 76 later. I used to exercise regularly before that my fatty liver was diagnosed and I put a side exercise because of it. I know that exercise is said to be good for fatty liver but because that I was exercising 3~4 times in a week for a year and still diagnosed with fatty liver, I thought what if it is because of the exercise. I read in the internet that too much pressure in abdomen muscles may also cause fatty liver. Now, instead of gym, I go walking for 1~2 hours and start working mostly standing (instead of sitting).
